1. Introduction
Welcome to Luxury Fish and Golf, a travel company dedicated to curating exceptional golfing and fishing experiences in Guatemala. By booking any of our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, along with our FAQ’s.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1. All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
2.2. Payment in full is required to secure your booking, due at least 15 days before departure.
2.3. Prices are subject to change based on availability, exchange rates, and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Refunds are not possible except if Luxury Fish and Golf cancels your trip due to a force majeure event.
3.2. In case of cancellation from the entire group, you can reschedule your trip according to availability.
3.3. If one traveler of the group unfortunately must cancel, no refund can be issued. A travel credit will be emitted and can be used according to availability. Please keep in mind you cannot join other groups as Luxury Fish and Golf is a private experience.
4. Travel Requirements
4.1. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.
4.2. Luxury Fish and Golf will provide all travelers with local travel insurance covering part of any incidentals, taking into consideration traveler will always have to pay a deductible.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate.
5.2. Our activities involve inherent risks, and participants must follow the safety guidelines provided by guides and operators.
5.3. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues during the trip.
6. Responsibilities and Conduct
6.1. Participants must respect local customs, laws, and the environment.
6.2. We reserve the right to remove any traveler whose behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to others. This includes state of inebriation or intoxication.
7. Liability Disclaimer
7.1. We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers, including transportation, accommodation, and tour operators. We are not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of these third parties.
7.2. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay due to weather, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Changes to Itinerary
8.1. We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other necessary adjustments. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content on our website, including images, text, and branding, is our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Guatemala. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Guatemala.
